That would be great too. But that cost them $$$ which is a precious commodity to them better used elsewhere. They still need to get the AS down from 2B to a 100M-200M range. Same with the OS once the 625M shares is finished. I'd rather have a small AS/OS trading above $1+ than be a penny stock in OTC.
