It is interesting, my attorney who specializes in IRS issues won't invest in penny stocks but says when the bid-ask gap narrows, DO NOT SELL, that is when something big is about to occur. Yet that is when our seller tries to whack it. I think they are deliberately trying to keep the price artificially low.
