You are correct slegy, I did identify the lawyer and the accountants and auditors all before. That is why I went ahead and posted more of the letter.

If I had my way, we would be allowed to listen in to a conference call between the lawyer, the accountants, the auditors, and John. The lawyer would run the call and detail all that is necessary for filing of the Form 10. The accountants, auditors, and John would each commit to information and dates for delivery and the lawyer would hold them each accountable to get this Form 10 filed.

Would be great to know there was a definite plan being implemented.
