Congrates on your gain keep it up but I do question the rest of your statement.

Here are some of your advise that I remember,
1) They will file to cancel the Shares.

Show me where I said this after the BK was dismissed.

2) The reason that they didn't cancel the Shares were because that they had not paid the employees health insurence premiums.

"The Debtors believe that the structured dismissal of their chapter 11 cases through the implementation of the distribution procedures contemplated under this Motion will maximize distributions to the holders of allowed administrative claims as well as to the holders of unpaid employee health care claims.

3) This is never going to a penny.

BTW, The TA has been updating the Shares
Frequently in 2018 not for a year!!
