DCGD "latest report" is the 10-12G/A filed 9/04/18 so otcmarkets.com also incorrect in stating "Latest Report 01/31/2013"

The 10-12G/A includes 2 years of audited financial statements. SEC had comments about the first 10-12G. DCGD answered the comments in the 10-12G/A. SEC replied, having no further comment.
