As far as the EB-5 program:

So the EB-5 program was NOT dismantled, as alias on this board purportedly claimed. The program is alive and well!

EB-5 program may get some needed reform, but I seriously doubt it will ever be dismantled. Too valuable a program.

Not that it matters to us now. Its my understanding BBG "already secured" its $200+ million funding for their projects.
