Dude their own transfer agent just told me the last info they could share is from 2009. This is no farce. This is a giant red flag.

Still, the OTC info shows:

1. They’ve diluted over 300,000,000 shares since August.

2. The float is almost as large as the O/S!

I want to see the next 10-q, where the dilution finally has to be reported.
