"EQUITY" financing means stock they have no real cash ergo the insiders dump their shares to pay their bills and themselves. I am not arguing the point though painting the tape end of the day is some what disturbing. Like I have said I trade it I am fine with whatever they do this is one stock I can consistently make 10 to 15% on my money . I'll take that any day of the week. As an investment in this sector for me I have a small core position below these levels , I look at them as a lottery ticket.
