Just called American Stock Transfer, the transfer agent for COTE. The phone number is (800)937-5449 in case you'd like to call as well. I spoke to a very nice lady named Carla. I asked her for the current share structure for Coates International. (This after all, is what transfer agents are legally required to provide unless the company requests them not to share. 'See gagged transfer agent').
She asked if I was a part of the company. I told her I was merely a shareholder wanting to find the current share structure.
(Legit companies do NOT gag their TA, they are upfront about the buying/selling/diluting of their shares.)
Carla went on a LONG hold and came back to tell me that she had no current information for COTE to share. The last info she had was from 2009!!!!
See folks, THIS IS A PROBLEM. No legit company does this. You can call a LEGIT company's T/A and they will give you the current share structure updated to THAT DAY.
COTE will NOT. They do NOT want any "pesky" shareholder to have any wind of the constant, toxic, ongoing DILUTION.
Literally billions of shares. PPS destroyed. Failed PR's. Zero sales. and a GAGGED TRANSFER AGENT.
