I bailed on this one and sold all my shares at about $.08. This upcoming $30M dilution is huge. $30M in equity is hundreds of millions of new shares. We have no buyers at $.08 so they are going to have to give a decent discount to get it done. Not going to wait around for this thing to go to a nickel or below. Best of luck to everyone here, I hope I'm wrong. I may get back in some day on the way back up.
