IMO- most of the longs sold when the RS was pre-filed.
That is the reason for the current PPS. Down from the .002x-prior to the filing. Many are on the sidelines-waiting. Normally when a RS goes thru- the PPS DIPS. Also when RS is announced-it plummets, as you can see and verify.
Seen it happen the majority of the time.
More bang for your buck-- does not matter how good a company is.
