I got on google-maps and looked at that address of the green houses you provided. They're 25 plots and green houses their, but who knows how old that picture is. Looks like the green houses need some work. The 24th and 25 green house looks like they're just breaking ground on them in the upper right. I want to guess this google maps picture is over 2.5 years old.

If you zoom out a bit that property does look big enough for some big expansion.
