Thought their debt and timeline was made abundantly clear by the audited fins. The accountant seemed like a no bs wording kind of guy but could be wrong. Either way, peeps know that debt is accumulating (even though 50-100k is nothing and accumulating quite slowly, especially compared to the valuations or indebtedness of other penny stocks on the otc), this could easily do a u-turn if any news comes out. Plus no convertible debt so I am still not sure I see the risk you see affecting ATPT in the short term. 12 months, sure, you’re right, that’s something to worry about. But in no way is it a “skeleton in the closet”, unless your definition of a skeleton in the closet is a skeleton on display? Seems like the debt is out on display if you ask me
