Well, the products were created during Hensley tenure with Itonis and it was stated that Itonis owns all rights in Emesyl and Emesyl Plus. In previous 10-Qs it mentioned an executive had returned his shares to Itonis (millions). Also, the 10-Q reported Dr. Hensley's contract had been revised. BTW, we must remain "clear headed" and fair regarding Itonis and its efforts to market its two products. If any form of advertising is not cost effective it will not be considered by management. My basis in my shares remaining is .008 PPS. So, I'm not selling at a loss unless have a substantial gain realized from another security. The 3Q'18 10-Q is due on or around 10/15/18 which will give shareholders more current information. GLTA!
