Why today's good news brought the price down, LOL? It seems I should have sold out all those 5M shares at $0.3155 ~ $0.275 then reload now!

When will NSPR be De-listed from NYSE? When will be the next big R/S? Anyway last 1:35 R/S did crash the price down by 96.2% from the previous Bottom $4.235 to the current New Bottom $0.162!
