Maybe they never submitted the Offer of Settlement letter to shareholders like they were supposed to and just figured - hey maybe they’ll just forget they own these SIOR shares and go away

Well I work hard for my money and I’m not going anywhere - and this Offer of Settlement should be on file with the SEC as it said submitted on 2013 filing
