Here is the Flaw in the lefts logic concerning Population numbers and why the framers of the constitution framed it the way they did............There are 22 states that have a population of under 4 million........
Los Angeles has a population of 4 million......so in the practical sense Los Angeles could negate the will of any of
one of 22 states if the left had their way......We are a representative republic....thank you
