The fact that you claim the gitrdone product did indeed stop being made and why and at no point did the three dumbmingos make that material event publicly known through anything h-j-oe is not only foolish but the authorities consider this criminal intent.
You don't know anything about a wells notice do you? since h-j-oe was shut down so fast, there's clearly other reasons than stock reporting.
KBM is a civil suit which can turn criminal most likely any time. Your lawyer should be working with KBM, not watching.
