No, I don't think so. Again, like so many of their claims.
NOBODY is going to throw their money at ANY concept without a PATENT.
They can call on Bayer or any other Pharma, but NONE of them will go near it without BIEI holding a patent.
Why would they? Without a patent, they could do the same thing without working with a OTC CEO.
Even if they lost their mind and did it, everybody else would knock it off, because nobody would have exclusive claim to it.
