Been trying to think what the hold up might be besides the fact that maybe it's just not happening and the two sides came to stalemate on what needs to be done.

I started researching the company Welleco. It's co founded by Elle Macpherson, who is the sister in law of Ben Macpherson- CEO OF BANJ.

It's doing pretty well and seems to be growing so I thought maybe they reconsidered the original reverse merger with Spectrum and thought about the benefits of this. But realistically I don't think so. Read news that the Welleco company in Feb got a private investment of 50 mill, so don't think they're interested in public funding.

we shall wait it out and see what happens here....
