I don't think ALDOX is not ready to NDA, but it depends on Soon-Shiong plan. If the Dr Patrick wants, it will manufacture very fast!
I'm afraid he needed Aldox for vaccine trials, not for commercialisation, that's why pship agreement was tricky, he uses ALDOX almost free. Personalised vaccines could be bigger deal than simply change DOX to ALDOX, IMO.
I hope NANT need to file NDA in a special phase of vaccine trials, then CytRx position will move!
Now we could hope LADR pship in 4Q!
