Yeah o have all the time but since being moved the appl stay may be lifted or maybe they will actually move ahead faster as planned only time will tell.

In the past the Central California Fed Ct would handle the majority of patent cases. Recently there has been a shift and an effort by California to reduce the burden on the Central California courts by moving more patent infringement cases to Northern California Court with a strong focus on efficiency and expediency. The No. Calif. courts make multiple efforts at the beginning and throughout to encourage settlements.

Q: Would it be better to consolidate or take them down 1 by 1 making the others fold?

Consolidation followed by settlement would appear to be easier but not necessarily financially "better" for VPLM. I'll leave that one up to the experts to decide.
