Buy and sell as many shares as you want by adding (or subtracting) a premium from the NANO price so the MM makes money on the transaction. That's how I've seen it work. For example, the last trade over in London was 37.2p or $0.48. Bid $0.51 and you'll get a trade for as many shares as you want, and often for a slightly lower price than your bid. It is not going to rise wildly here on the pennies without the real company shares leading the way and doing the same. There is no value to pumping it here.
