Here's a possible scenario Keith. Someone puts in a standing order for 1 million shares of MHCC at .0001. If that order is filled it will cost that person $100 for the shares plus commission which would be anywhere between $4.98 and $9.98 for a total between $104.98 and $109.98. Now, some MM (Market Maker) who desires to make the market at .0002 could well sell that guy 100 shares just to make a point. The shares are not for sale at .0001 today but, if you insist, I'll sell you one penny's worth and charge you for the trade. So you get a transaction where the shares cost 1 cent, the commission on the buyer's side is $9.98 for a total cost of $9.99 for 100 shares or basically 10 cents a share. It's the market maker's way of telling you that you need to up your bid to that .0002 level which is where they are trying to "make the market". I suspect something like that may be in play here but I could be dead wrong.
