I imagine it did get passed to give the board the ability to do the split when they see fit. So it may happen days, weeks or months from now, maybe never. But if they do it I would think it will be when they are at a higher valuation than current SP or following some big news. IMO

I have been through a RS before and that was a bloodbath, I will never make that mistake again. I have yet to go through a fwd split.
