Ronald has interviewed candidates for the role and has with unanimous Board approval, appoints Jerome Talbot as a director and officer, and newly appointed CEO and president of You Han Data Tech Company Ltd. (“YHDT”). There is defined term of the appointment for 1 year, subject to the board decision as per.
(b) On September 27 th 2018, Ronald Hughes has changed his role to director Secretary; it may be an interim role. There is no defined term of this appointment.
