You are correct in the pro's. They have also appeared to be very honest about their intentions. I believe them to be honest and hardworking. I was told by an old banker, "if you stay with good people you will always win."

On the con side they have enough cash to become fully reporting. This would show more dedication to stock holders. They also became less responsive to shareholders when Jimmy and Dr. Lee became large stockholders.
