True. That's the advice I gave to people regarding SIAF (and didn't follow myself? lol) - if able, don't invest more than what you feel comfortable loosing, and don't invest less than you would be ok of missing out if the train leaves the station. If you're lucky, then there's a goldilocks-zone between those two smile

The good thing about going private is, they already have the cash.


If they do go private, the question remains at what price? A premium over the current PPS, a "fair valuation" based on book value, a "fair valuation" based on the 100MA (which, if this happens in the future, might be way below even the current PPS) or what? In a western world I would assume that they can't just use say 100MA as a fair price IF/WHEN they have done nothing to support the PPS, but will that happen here? (I'm asking because I have no clue)
