Mr. Marsh**, Why do we drop down to the offering price? are we that weak or is it just short selling? Came you give us some info on that as people like me that has been through 3 R/S and have lost over 500+ thousand dollars, are kinda more reserved in bringing more investors in......

All of this is a RISK with all stocks, if nobody realizes that they shouldn't be doing this kinda stuff.....

Anyway, why the drop? The registered offering apparently, took us lower than the 52 week low....

NASDAQ requirements may have approved our 180 day extension, but if this like yesterday keeps taking place we are going back to the OTC......period.
