In case Bix W. happens to be correct about the possibility of all silver mining company's getting nationalized when prices go into orbit ??? and ...who really knows for sure ??.. FDA nevertheless has taken some shares from off the table from broker & converted into certificate form to avoid the possibility of a rehypothecation mess that may come into play???

Heard him also say before this precaution ... may not even be enough to protect your interests...if things really get wild..?
