$AGHI Recently announced that effective August 31, 2018, as disclosed in a Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 5, 2018, an addendum to a Share Exchange Agreement originally signed April 17, 2018 has been signed between the Company and the controlling shareholders of eSilkroad Network Limited.
