Having the transfer update the security details is meaningless because --unlike EFLN's management-- the T/A hasn't been barred from OTC.
The Stefanovics' haven't updated OTC with any NEWS, FINANCIALS or other DISCLOSURES since the SEC suspended this ticker on March 22nd. Apparently they've been locked out of OTC.
