The offering has a price above the current stock price at $3.1445 per share which is not the norm for offerings, usually they are lower than the current stock price IMHO.

In the past on various stocks, it seemed to me that the chart price very quickly goes to the offering price after it is known.

Perhaps people glossed over that and saw the word offering only. Perhaps not too many people are following the news to react to the (higher than the current chart) offering price.

But in this case the offering price is higher than the chart (not lower) and doesn't undercut people who just bought. This to me seems bullish. Thoughts?
