all bob did was pay for a promo to get enough funds to get production going-but during the swamp era many agencies were illegally politicized and received orders to destroy these low pennies bc "all business is evil and has to be destroyed"

so the promoter bob was paying for the 2010 promo was actually an fbi agent who begged for some money upfront bc the fbi agent claimed he was in dire financial straights-entrapment -many co;s do such promos but this was a sting
i posted the sentencing schedule for such a 1st offense which called for probation but the judge apparently rejected such?!

everything was really blown out of proportion and just kept snowballing-bob was personally required to pay fines but was prohibited from earning money to pay such fines!!

bob couldnt get a permit for the fert bc the mex july 1 2012 election was appealed to the mex supreme ct and thus permits were not being issued and then a lame duck govt followed

the main product was illegally held by port due to the mex govt changing rules midstream due to illegal mines on the mainland-so the company was blocked and had no way to pay expenses

so bob sold to the only offer he had-ca one week later bobs cwrn won the case against the port and thus the ilia shipped -bob would not have sold if bobs cwrn won the the case before he sold

it was just an unbelievable gauntlet and bob had had to pioneer a lot of things bc bob was the 1st to ship iron from the port

mining startups are reportedly the toughest startups as it is-w some highly successfully entreprenuers trying it as a feather in their cap to culminate their careers
