Ohmyohmy, it's not about investing with Kallo...that part is a risk no matter where you go. It's how they react with Your Money, It's what they do with Your Money, It's how they pay themselves for accomplishing Nothing with Your Money.
After approx. 10 years and several millions of dollars raised & spent there is nothing, absolute NOTHING to show for. Their office they are currently using is their lawyers address....pretty pathetic! They have bank accounts with liens on them, several law suits, Kallo's credit rating is the worse, a shit load of monies own to employees, unpaid taxes, unpaid vendors with law suits against them.
Who is going to back up this company's projects with billion $$? well forget billions,...they wouldn't be able to achieve $100,000 loan.
Think about it....these are just estimated numbers perhaps someone has the time to dig in for exact numbers, but at this point who cares.
1) In business for approx 10 years
2) Never has shown any revenue
3) Multiple filings over the years with great projections, many talks and projects that they never closed any of them.
4) Multiple vendor lawsuits
5) Multiple employee lawsuits
6) Multiple employees not been paid...estimated if I recall in the millions.
7) No employees left Kallo working only with their BOD..all of wish from my findings have no experience in this kind of projects.
8) Leader of the pack Cecil obviously has no idea how to deal or negotiate with West Africa...just look at his stats. ZERO!!
9)No office or staff
10) No bank account or money
11) Did a deal with some idiot Raj K. that has not fulfilled his commitment...but yet gets a R/S in his favor
12) BOD gives themselves a raise cause they are so good doing what they do.
13) They are always filing late to SEC and when they do BS is written and no one including the SEC follows up on it...No why I think its BS...cause non of their submissions have come to play in 10 years! Nothing
I'm sure I'm missing another dozen points...So which of the corrupted countries & corrupted financial partners are going to lend or partner up with kallo? Just isn't going to happen...and no Canadian or US bank will work with that.
Here is the sad part...Cecil one day maybe will struck up a deal no matter what the value, but too much damage done to his reputation and Kallo's name that no one will deal with that if due diligence is done.
Well its a beautiful hot day and I'm going fishing...just thought I would have a little fun in here this morning at the expense of these idiots that have and are lying to this day...
