Flat markets will play havoc with most systems with the constant whipsaws. Patience and tight stops. My Sector Surfer algo also bumped semiconductors out and health care in on my mutual fund version. I think it also has a hard time picking a front runner in this type of market. I'm sticking with my oversold approach for the time being.
