Rockhall: I bought HNHPF directly from Ameritrade yesterday - it was put thru immediately and the spread was only 1 penny which is unusual for an OTC stock. (If u wanna purchase put in a limit order.) However I paid $5.14 and no mention of the 2 for 1 shares. You should check you broker. There are other ways to buy the stock, but it was too complicated for me.
