Two names come to mind concerning serial scammers and their many companies.
Saeed Talari and Joseph Wade Mezey.

Talari just got nailed.

Infrax Systems Inc. – Filed two Forms 10-Q with unreviewed financial statements. The Florida-based company agreed to pay a penalty of $50,000.

Wade had to withdraw an S - 1 last November. Nate Steck still runs the pancake scam for Wade.
