Decent level strong move late yesterday.

New position about a week or so ago around $0.442

Biz outlook
From the pump of late last year we are back at almost the same ground level pre pump. There is decent asset growth in the company and am hoping more orders come through on the defense contract. Looking forward to seeing the hydroelectric dam up and running. I have a cousin in Valatie NY which I will visit soon maybe take a trip to the location and have a conversation and a look. If it happens Ill definitely share.

Short candidate
14 or so percent of stock is short, and if I'm accurate on almost 70 million shares thats 9.8 million shares that need covering.

Could be a nice squeeze if the levels can hold. Right as this second is looking like support around .42 is being tested and breaking.
