The overall execution of the R/S, name change, etc has all shown the company and leadership for what they are, inept.

There have been zero PRs about the name change, share structure adjustments, business plan. NOTHING!!!

This is factually a shell with a share structure that is primed for bloating and dilution. I would not be surprised if this is a flip for the ticker. They bought it, adjusted the shares structure and name and are now going to resell it AGAIN to another company. In short, this is a shell of a shell. I honestly am shocked at the ineptness of this operation. They should have at least put out one PR stating the business and plan, could have kept very general to at least let the (potential) shareholders have a clue, but once again, NOTHING. Not that this has not been a joke of a ticker to this date, but I did not think it could get worse..I was wrong. This is beyond pathetic.
