Court docs state Visolis wants to take over the Sarnia Plant and get it running again by starting a new company in Canada. PWC even states that the Visolis goal is made in good faith and the reason why PWC agreed to approve it as well as the two top creditors in Canada. People should research the transfer of securities based on the purchase of assets. There are Canadian laws on the books explaining this. I researched it today after I read the private company Visolis is starting to take over the Sarnia plant. Next!
