It will be quite a shocking event for the market should Gansu Yasheng Industrial acquire HERB (for stock). It doesn't even matter to us what the price will be. If the price is less than fair value or appraised value then the other share will rally in Shanghai. So the effect is still the same.
I think it could happen. I think that's the plan. I talk a lot about needing some luck. But actually it isn't luck should this happen. It will be very well planned and deliberate. So the Gambling God can go to hell.
