I totally agree. The SEC is in bed with all of these companies. My wife works for a company that is classified as an RIA. Anytime I buy or sell a stock, I have to place a pre-clearance through Schwab. I don’t understand why the SEC is so hell bent on being so strict on the little guy but they let these goof ball companies do whatever the hell they want.
