Liquidity: Liquidity is how easily you can get into and out of a stock – and this is so important. When I’m trading, I like to see at least 5 - 10 million shares being traded a day. I see a lot of penny stocks with great stories that only trade up to 20,000 shares a day, but this puts you at a huge risk of not being able to get out when you need to.
