I understand this is basically a year old but things take time and we should expect something soon….

Just putting this out there? In light of the late K And Q along with a complete 'Dark Out" in Albanian energy news. Completed with unannounced 6 bids of the solar 50mw farm not released.Along with other internal energy related news………Could this be the reason?? No need to to move anything forward until there is a current sanctioned gov. in place. IN short no need to redo all the necessary legal ease required to make legal a international investment that in some areas will be in partnership with the host country….

This said, understand some of the people will be the same people BUT there will be various ministries cut and others taking on more responsibility that MAY OR MAY NOT involved. All this CHANGE IMO requires a HALT to the pipeline of progress until the NEW GOV. is legally in place. JUST A GUESS.. I would think the EU would demand this as the path required to accommodate the rules and regulations of international investment….
