Forgot to add, please see if you can find out exactly what agency in Cameroon now has the contract papers and what remains to be done in order to actually COMPLETE AND FUND THIS PROJECT, which has been on-going for several years now.

I must confess that it is hard to remain optimistic with all these continual delays, but I'm hanging in there since I already lost a chunk and had long ago given up on it ever coming to life again.
