The best bone might be a conference call where Faz gives investors an update on the status of the CE approval. The update would make the news and drive the SP up barring setbacks.
That would be better than this practice of making subtle little changes on their website that virtually nobody notices, which leads to investors getting impatient and selling off.

If I relied on my Ameritrade news I would have no idea that CE approval possibly only days away.
