Oil sector is hot. This stock recently did a r/s. Last time this happened in 2016, we saw a 5$ to 75$ move!! The float is even smaller this time (500-800k float). With recent r/s plays like $ALT running wild I have taken a decent size position here. I think this can test that 70$ range once again. Any positive news should send it!
