Very balanced perspective on the opportunity in front of us. Similarly, all I need is the equivalent of what I put in to it to finance my goals. 90% of whats left will stay invested. It would be ideal if NioCorp pays out a dividend. Half of what Molycorp reached would be phenomenal. Its hard to determine where the stock will be once the mine is operational but .42 is not in the forecast. This is a good buying opportunity for new and existing investors if they want to expand their holdings at a low purchase price. Once the mine is operational and generating a profit, NioCorp can start expanding drilling for additional reserves. We are lucky to have this mine coming to fruition during a supportive administration for developing natural resources. Being a predominantly green project is also helpful.
