ONCX is worth a look.
It looks like it is being traded and commented on by a Tallahassee Jr. college economics professor who has had too much free time to read stock wikis during class, because he is ignored and dismissed by his own students as a dope.
I kinda feel like ELTP has some upward potential based on the same observations.
